This is definitely a hard situation and one that will not go away on its own thats for sure. I met my h/b back a few months back and haven't been the same since. Reading the posts here and asking for help is really a lifesaver as I would have thought I was going crazy without it.
Find someone you connect with and talk to them. It helps. My gsa buddy "Witts End" has helped take the edge off thats for sure!
