Question gsa in relation to adoption separation of siblings

in situations where adoption comes into play and u have siblings with no real record of being related how could they be charged with incest? How would anyone know? how are these people caught by the legal system? In most states adoption records are very hard to open by anyone but the adoptee themselves, and if they were never opened well then really is there any proof other than dna? Im just wondering here how incest is caught on to by the legal system.

Notsosleepynurse,

This, has also occurred to me. You pose an interesting question. I am not on my Daughters birth certificate, I think but not sure it his her adopted Father, I could be wrong but it's not me. Eitherway DNA would need to be produced first, and who knows that could be interesting could it not, especially if it's proved the person accused of incest turns out not to be the Father after all. It would also pose some questions and require some answers about GSA.
