Natural dietary supplement and positive thinking

Hi all,

I don't have allot of time, so this won't be as eloquent as I would like, but I just wanted to share a little info on an over the counter natural dietary supplement called Min-Chex that's out there to assist in minimizing depression among other health benefits. It assists in balancing the levels of the hormones seratonin, dopamine, and norepinephrin in your brain. I just found out about it recently and have been gaining strength myself, not through using it, so I can't give a testimonial. Sorry. But, I would have loved it several months ago. No doctors involved and odd explanations, which I would prefer personally, at least as a first step if nothing else.

Also, some positive reading material that has been very helpful to me is "The Law of Attraction". It's all about changing your outlook within your current situation to appreciate what you've got and how to live peacefully, which allows you to be happy and, essentially, gain what you want from life. I found a magazine at the local grocery titled this and it's full of very sound info that assists in clear thinking and promotes optimism within oneself through controlled thought processes and builds strength and confidence. Happiness starts from within and how you react to the world, after all. The articles help to bring your focus back to YOU and take care of YOURSELF, your future, clarify your goals, and care about the people around you.

I don't mean for this post to contradict itself.. I realize the messages I'm throwing out are gain strength from within and from outside sources (pills). Well, it is my opinion that for many of us, do what you can in a healthy way to make yourself feel better and gain control of your life. I personally don't see a problem with that and I don't mean to offend anyone with that if it does. This is coming at you with all the care and consideration I've got from one person who knows, lives, and understands what GSA does to your heart and mind to all of you, who do too.

Reference info: Got the following write up off the website: http://healthy-information.naturalhe...nformation.htm

I just copy and pasted this from the website above. Google it for more info:

Min-Chex® Helps Alleviate Feelings Of Depression

A diet lacking sufficient vitamins and other important nutrients can affect mental as well as physical well being. Eating fast foods high in refined fat or junk foods that are low in essential nutrients instead of foods that provide these nutrients reduces the level of neurotransmitters in the brain. Neurotransmitters help regulate behavior and are closely linked to emotional reactions and overall emotional health. Dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine are the neurotransmitters linked to mood. The B-complex vitamins found in Min-Chex® promote cerebral circulation and help maintain normal chemical levels in the brain. *

Best wishes to all of you and lots of love,
Stars

Oh....by the way....I'm now drug free. I've been off of my psyche meds now for over a month. I don't need them anymore since normalizing my relationship with my daughter. It's good to be free.

Good news!

Vin,

That's wonderful news. I know that all of us here are very proud of you and your accomplishments. Thanks for sharing.

Stiff drink... haha! Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, that doesn't work for me. My mood always goes the wrong way.

Best wishes

My solution was drinks aswell. Among other mind altering substances.

However mine did not stop at 2 drinks, but when it stopped hurting, which was about the time I passed out of exhaustion.

Dark road to go down, so you have my respect Vin for stopping at 2!

I am not a believer when it comes using medicine but it is good to know we have options!

I believe in the old fashion throw paint at the wall, jog a mile, redecorate the apartment, cook a meal, music to the max , dance till dawn approach to life.

Do you know if it is available in every country or just the US? In case I ever run out of paint or music

Thanks for the info btw!
Lots of love
