Court Case
Hi Everyone.
Thank You All For Your Support Through This Very Very Difficult Time. I Am Sure All Of You That Have Heard About Me And My Brother Nicks Case Are On The End Of There Seat Wondering Whats Going On. I Have Had Word From My Lawyer And They Are Not Dropping The Case. My Life Is Never Been Simple And It Sure As Heck Not Going To Start Now. Thank You Everyone For Your Support Again. Thank you Danielle for letting us know about what is happening. I also heard in an email from Daniel Fromm what the update is.
Don't give up and hopefully in time what is happening now is for a good reason and will help you and others. I'm praying that you both have strength to wait and eventually you will be together again. My love to both of you. Barb G

I wish you and Nick all the best in this ordeal.
I'm not terribly familiar with UK or Scottish law, but doesn't the burden of proof ultimately lie with the prosecutor? I mean, Nick mentioned that your mother was the one who turned you in, but will she actually take the witness stand and testify against her own children, knowing that her words could result in criminal penalties? And if she doesn't take the stand, what other proof does the prosecution have? Unless of course either you or Nick have already confessed. What a nightmare. I really hope that you and your brother are able to triumph through this. Best wishes to you both.
